Clever is your all-in-one place to find school apps and learning tools. Instead of typing in a bunch of websites or remembering lots of passwords, you can just log into Clever—and everything is right there, ready to go!
-
There are two ways to log in.
Log in with Google
- Use your school Google account (your email address and password) and click “Log In with Google” on the login screen.
Log in with a Clever Badge (QR Code)
- Students in grades K, 1, & 2 use a Clever Badge. It’s a special QR code you hold up to the camera to sign in—no typing needed!
- If you can’t find your badge, ask your teacher for a new one!
-
- Visit: Click here to log in to Clever to log in
- If you are already logged into your Chromebook, click the Google Waffle in the top right corner. Click the Clever icon to access Clever.
Google Tools for Students
Our district uses Google for Education to help you collaborate, stay organized, and succeed in class. Below are quick tips and reminders for the Google tools you use every day.
-
- Check daily for new assignments, announcements, and due dates.
- Use the “To-do” list to track what's due and what’s missing.
- Always click “Turn In” or “Mark as Done” when finished—don’t just share the file!
- Keep comments respectful and on-topic—your teachers can see everything.
-
- Use “Tools > Spelling and Grammar” to check your work.
- Share with teachers as “Editor” if you’re looking for feedback.
- Use comments and suggesting mode for peer reviews.
- Click File > Version History if you need to see earlier versions of your work.
-
- Use the “Insert” menu to add images, videos, charts, and links.
- Work with your group in real-time, but make sure to divide responsibilities.
- Keep slides simple and clean—avoid too many fonts or colors.
- Use the “Present” button to preview how your final slides will look.
-
- Always use your school account when logging in.
- Follow the district’s acceptable use policy—what you do on your school account can be seen by your teachers and admins.
- Log out if you're using a shared device.
- Ask for help if you're stuck—teachers and tech staff are here to support you.
