Incident IQ Ticketing System

Incident IQ is the district’s technology help ticket system. It is used to report tech issues, request support, and track the status of submitted tickets.

- Go to SWRCSD Incident IQ
- Use your district credentials (your district email and password) to log in
- No need to create a separate account!

- Log in to the platform
- Click “New Ticket”
- Choose a category that best matches your issue (e.g., Chromebook, Smartboard, Printer, etc.)
- Fill in the form with details and attach a photo or screenshot if helpful
- Submit the request and track it from your dashboard
- Be as specific as possible—this helps tech support resolve your issue faster!

- Click “My Tickets” after logging in
- View the current status (Open, In Progress, Resolved)
- Add comments or updates directly to the ticket thread

Please include:
- The student’s full name and grade level
- The Chromebook asset tag (from the white sticker on the bottom)
- A clear description of the issue

- Chromebooks (student or staff)
- Teacher/staff laptops or desktops
- Smartboards / projectors / display panels
- Printers and copiers
- Wi-Fi or internet access problems
- Software logins or access issues (e.g., Google, Clever, Infinite Campus)

Tickets are triaged by urgency. Priority is given to issues that:
- Impact instruction
- Prevent access to required systems or tools
- You’ll receive updates by email as your ticket moves through the queue.
If it’s urgent (e.g., no smartboard for class), contact your building's Technical Support Aide after submitting a ticket.
Infinite Campus

- Go to SWR Infinite Campus
- Enter your username and password
- If you have trouble logging in, submit a tech ticket through Incident IQ

- Go to your Grade Book
- Click “Add Assignment” and complete the details (name, category, points)
- Enter scores manually or upload from a spreadsheet
- Click “Post Grades” when ready for report card upload (as directed by your building)
- Check with your building admin for posting deadlines each quarter/trimester

- Click on your class under Instruction > Attendance
- Mark students as Present, Absent, or Tardy
- Use the comment bubble for notes if needed
- Click Submit

ParentSquare

- Go to: ParentSquare Sign In
- If you’ve never logged in before, type your Google email (swrschools.org) into the Register box and click ‘Get Started’
If you’ve logged in before, enter your email and password and click ‘Sign in’
- Note: If you did not originally sign in with Google, your password is different than your network password

- From your dashboard, click “New Post”
- Choose your class, group, or school audience
- Add your message, attach files, or schedule the post
- Select notification options (email, text, app notification)
- Use the “Preview” button before posting to double-check what families will see.

- Click “New Event” to invite families to meetings, events, or sign-ups
- Set RSVP or attendance options
- Add links or attachments (like Zoom links, flyers, or permission forms)
You’ll be notified when families respond

- Click your name in the top right corner and select:
- “My Account” > “Notification Settings”
Choose to receive updates via: - Instant or Digest (daily summary)
- “My Account” > “Notification Settings”
- Email, text, and/or app notifications

Staff Email Access

- Go to SWR Office Outlook Login
- Enter your district email address and your district password.
When prompted, complete the multi-factor authentication steps required by the district.
- Go to SWR Office Outlook Login

- Be cautious of links or attachments from unknown senders
- Never share your password
- Look out for phishing emails that mimic familiar names
- Use the “Report” button to flag suspicious emails

- Check your Junk or Spam folder
- Look under “Other” in the Focused Inbox if enabled
- Use the Search Bar to look by name or keyword
Still not showing up? Submit a ticket via Incident IQ

- Click the gear icon (⚙) in the top right
- Search for “Email Signature”
- Enter your name, role, building, and contact info
- Save changes so your signature automatically appears on new messages
