Community Programs Thanksgiving Day races

Good Morning,
The 44th Annual Community Programs Thanksgiving Day races will take place on Thursday, November 27, 2025.  For the first time, the races will be electronically timed with participants receiving results on their device within minutes after finishing.  Additionally, pre-registrations will receive a personalized bib and race t-shirt.  Below is the link to the brochure as well as a link to the online registration site.  Feel free to reach out to Mark Passamonte (mpassamonte@swr.k12.ny.us), Community Programs Coordinator, if you have any questions.  Thank you.

The 44th Annual Community Programs Thanksgiving Day races will take place on Thursday, November 27, 2025. For the first time, the races will be electronically timed with participants receiving results on their device within minutes after finishing. Additionally, pre-registrations will receive a personalized bib and race t-shirt. Below is the link to the brochure as well as a link to the online registration site.

For those already registered, bib numbers will be sent to you via email and text message on Wednesday, November 26th. A reminder that bibs may be picked up in the Miller Avenue gymnasium on Wednesday, November 26th from 6:00-8:00 pm or on race morning. Those participating in both the 1 Mile and 5K will receive a separate bib for each race. Please be sure to wear the correct bib for each race to be sure your time is recorded.
