For the sixth consecutive year, the Shoreham-Wading River School District has been selected a NAMM Best Community for Music Education. This award recognizes the work done by the district’s staff and students, as well as recognizing the important role administration, school boards and parents play in creating an environment where music can flourish.
 
“I want to thank everyone involved in helping our students achieve at such an incredibly high level,” said Dennis Creighton, Shoreham-Wading River HS concert choir and music coordinator. “We consistently demonstrate impressive student learning in our amazing concerts, productions and classrooms.”
