Miller Avenue School art teacher Mrs. Daria Browne works to encourage her students to explore, challenge and express their ideas with energy, color, focus and a whole lot of fun! A recent project tasked Mrs. Kelly Ford’s kindergarten students with designing their own paper monsters.

Mrs. Browne shared some examples for the students to be inspired by or to come up with their own drawings. The creative pieces will be sent to Prodell Middle School students in Michaela Berg’s Home and Careers classes to be sewn into plush toys to be gifted back to the Miller Avenue students!
