Miller Avenue School Principal Claudia Smith had some amazing help in her daily duties as kindergarten student Maeve Sowinski took the reins as Principal for the Day! Maeve won the honor at the PARP Bingo night and took her leadership skills to new heights. With her official nametag, Maeve had a busy agenda working alongside Mrs. Smith, going over her day’s goals, greeting families for kindergarten orientation, taking a quick ride in the official security vehicle to check on the safety of the school grounds, making sure her fellow students were pumped up for classroom lessons and, just like Mrs. Smith, Maeve greeted everyone she encountered with a smile and a kind greeting!
