SWR senior Emily Herr has made history! She captured the New York State Public High School Athletic Association State Championship and the New York State Federation Championship in the 200-yard Individual Medley with an incredible time of 2:03.60. Her outstanding performance places her among the nation’s elite as she is now under consideration for All-American honors.

Emily didn’t stop there—she followed up her championship victory with a bronze medal in the 100 Butterfly, clocking an impressive time of 55.85.

Her journey as a Wildcat continues next year at Division I Villanova University next September. Same great swimmer, different Wildcats!
