Shoreham-Wading River High School students Ella Frazzetto and Catherine Leonard competed at the New York State Distributive Education Clubs of America competition. They will represent SWR at the DECA Career Development Conference in Orlando, Florida later this spring. Ella won a spot in the Emerging Leaders Academy (one of only 11 students selected in the state). Catherine placed second in the Apparel and Accessories Marketing category.

They were honored by the Board of Education at the April 8 meeting along with teacher Melissa Cosgrove.
